My Aloha Girl
Project:
Inspired by the wonderful coloring book “Hawaiian Kids” from my youth, I wanted to create a large color poster that could be displayed on the wall of my first little keiki’s hawaiian-themed bedroom. My daughter was only a year or so old when I designed it and with her as the model it was an interesting exercise to project what she might look like when she got older. And who doesn’t love Hawaii? –S.
